We collect only the information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Adreva Network.

This includes:

• An email address (via authentication provider)
• An internal user ID
• A public wallet address (if connected or generated)

We do not collect or store private keys.

We may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses or device identifiers, for network communication, fraud prevention, and system integrity. IP addresses are used transiently and are not stored for tracking, profiling, or behavioral advertising purposes.

We collect aggregated, anonymized advertising performance metrics that are not linked to individual users.

We use the limited information we process solely to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Adreva Platform
• Manage user accounts and rewards
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or manipulation
• Ensure system reliability and security
• Administer promotional campaigns and distribute prizes
• Evaluate overall platform performance using aggregated metrics

Adreva does not use personal information for profiling, cross-site tracking, behavioral targeting, or individual advertising optimization.

Advertisers receive only aggregated, non-identifiable performance metrics and never receive information about individual users, ad preferences, eligibility decisions, or devices.

We may share limited operational information:

• With service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
• With authentication providers
• With blockchain networks for transaction processing
• Where legally required

Wallet addresses are public blockchain identifiers and may be visible on public networks.

Adreva may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards applied as required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Adreva.

In most cases, this will be limited to your email address, internal user ID, and public wallet address.

Ad preferences are stored locally on your device and cannot be accessed, modified, or deleted by Adreva.

Requests may be submitted to team@adrevanetwork.com, and we respond within timelines required by applicable law.

Adreva is intended for users aged 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Personal information is retained only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to operate the platform, administer promotions, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.

Aggregated metrics are retained in non-identifiable form.

We delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period after account closure unless retention is legally required.

Adreva uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the limited information it processes. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Adreva may screen wallet addresses against publicly available sanctions lists in connection with promotional prize distribution or compliance obligations.

If a user is determined to be located in or associated with a sanctioned jurisdiction or entity, Adreva may restrict access to services or withhold promotional rewards as required by law.
